Oliviero Simonazzi, founder

In the early twenty Oliviero Simonazzi, father of Enzo, He begins as a partner's work baker at first cooperative with shop and adjoining oven, open to Castelnovo ne’ Monti.
From 1925 Oliviero Simonazzi opened his own bakery, renting the premises of the historical center of Castelnuovo ne’ Monti when he worked the old baker Archimede.

In 1927 Simonazzi Oliviero buys the house and adjoining shop and moved the business in the Market Square, Today Martyrs Square of Liberty, together with the brothers Sergio and Clotilde.
Following his brother Sergio open a grocery store in Viale Enzo Bagnoli.

The development led by Enzo Simonazzi

Born Enzo Simonazzi, Oliviero's son, who as a child works in the oven with dad. After returning from military service, in the sixties, Enzo runs the bakery with his father.
After the disappearance of the father in 1982, Enzo Simonazzi continues the family tradition, modernizing production with advanced equipment and expanding the company which today has several employees.
In the years after the war's bread oven Pastry Simonazzi was distributed in all the mountain villages: Ramiseto, succiso, Caprile, Collagna, Ligonchio and over the Passo del Cerreto, Gabellina at the hotel and in Tuscany, a Sassalbo.
